please read the following carefully as it involves our use of information and our storage and transmittal of same

General information:

Information is handled on a strict client/agent basis within our system. Information transmitted on a phone line is subject to monitoring and/or recording. We do not share, sell, trade or otherwise disseminate information to 3rd parties, companies, organizations with the following exceptions; Experian®, Equifax®, TransUnion® and/or The Federal trade Commission, The Attorney Generals Office if so asked and only for the purposes outlined in our transparency involving suspicion of fraud.

Call center:

Our call centers, employee and/or secretarial departments work at computer terminals retrofitted without USB and/or DVD ROM portals to prevent the unauthorized reproduction of strictly sensitive information. It should be noted that A Clean Slate Credit Consultants has a strict internal policy preventing the printing of screens (although screenshots of confirmation numbers can be taken to authenticate work performed.) Only principal officers have access to information stored on the cloud.


Telephone lines are monitored for inbound and outbound calls. Email is monitored as is all communication between a prospective client/client and our staff. Privacy is a great concern of ours and we are committed to providing he best security concerning our clients information.

Third parties:

We do not partner with third parties be they companies, service providers, credit collection agencies, telecom companies, credit monitoring companies, advertising and marketing or market research firms, dealers or brokers of products or services involving credit services, scoring, debt management, financial planning, law services or any other type of industry.

We do not share our clients email or private information with anyone for any reason outside of our contractual obligations as Agent and only for the purposes outlined in our contract.

Information storage for past clients/cancelled clients:

A Clean Slate Credit Consultants Corporation maintains the files of clients canceling services/contractual agreement of Agent/Client for a period not exceeding six(6) months. We reserve the right to contact clients/past clients with emails announcing promotions and or new services. Opt out is available by calling or emailing and requesting to opt out of our internal email list.

Physical Records Policy:

A Clean Slate Credit Consultants Corporation keeps a physical back up of contracts/agreements on file. This is our policy of compliance.
